A New Year, A New You!

We are off to a great start! On Thursday, January 13th, sisters attended a meeting which was both informative and could be put to use immediately. Every seat in the Relief Society room was filled!

Sister Kimberly Killebrew, a marriage and family therapist, defined stress and offered suggestions to combat its negative effects. Several sisters noted that the abdominal breathing technique which was practiced during the meeting brought instant results.

Dr. Todd Killebrew, a naturopathic physician, explained what optimal health is and how best to achieve it. Nutrition is a key factor. Dr. Killebrew also stressed how important it is to find the source of an illness and correct it often through the use of herbal supplements.

We greatly appreciate this wonderful husband/wife team taking their time to help us become more knowledgeable about becoming and staying healthy.

  1. Is there a way that we can get the power point presentation that you gave on June 9th about Preventing and Combating Stress. It was such a great presentation that I would like to share it with a friend of mine that couldn't make it to the meeting plus, I would love to review it at home.
